Step 1: Family Health History

Your genes are responsible for approximately 30% of your health outcomes and are a large predictor of conditions you are at risk for developing. Understanding the conditions you are at risk for puts you at an advantage to manage these diseases through lifestyle-related behaviors.

Gather and record your family health history to get a better understanding of your risk for many genetically linked conditions.

Step Two – Your Own Health Snapshot

As important as it is to know what conditions you may be predisposed to, your own behaviors account for an even larger proportion of your health outcomes. It is important to know where you currently stand regarding your own health for optimal health planning.

Collect your personal health data to compile a complete picture of your current health status.
