Ruby Tuesday has a Fit and Trim menu that provides a good basis for the healthy and tasty items on their menu, but pay attention to the fat and calorie counts. The upsides are that the items are under 700 calories when served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. You can decrease that amount even further by substituting baby portabella mushrooms, sugar snap peas, green beans, squash, zucchini, asparagus, or cauliflower for the mashed potatoes.
